We strive to ship all of our orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will mark it as shipped and you will receive a notification to your email.
Any orders below €150 are charged a flat delivery fee of €4.99 per shipment. Any orders over €150 will receive free shipping.
At the moment we can accept payments via Debit & Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Revolut. We aim to add additional options such as Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in the near future.
We deliver all across the Republic of Cyprus. We do not deliver to any countries outside of Cyprus and we also do not deliver to the Occupied North.

We accept returns for any of our products within a 14-day period upon receiving your order to receive a full refund. If the product contains software codes and other digital items (e.g., a VR headset that comes with a coupon for a game), then we cannot accept a return unless the packaging is still sealed and unopened. For any other products, we can accept returns if the product is in unused condition.

If you received a product that is broken, has visual flaws, or is otherwise malfunctioning please reach out to our support at support@vrworld.cy immediately and describe the problem. Please also include any pictures to support your claim. We will get back to you within 24 hours to determine an appropriate resolution.
If your product is malfunctioning or otherwise broken and the purchase date is less than 24 months in the past, then you may be entitled to for repairs or a replacement product. Please contact our support at support@vrworld.cy immediately to tell us what happened, and we will get back within 24 hours to determine an appropriate resolution.
